"Altinate 33" is an apartment in the heart of Padua. Located in a pedestrian area on one of the most historic streets, just a few steps from the famous Paduan squares where you can stroll or enjoy an Aperol Spritz in one of the characteristic bars in the center. It has the convenience of public transportation almost at your doorstep: buses, trams, and taxis are available within a 200-meter radius. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, museums, warehouses, and shops are all within walking distance. Although it is located in a pedestrian area and you cannot reach the front of the house with your private car, we have added free parking for our guests for the entire reserved period at a Garage just 250 meters from the apartment (you will need to park first and then arrive at the apartment with a short 2-minute walk). Padua is also a great starting point to discover Venice by train. Altinate33 is located on the second floor of a historic building and does NOT have an elevator. For bookings up to 4 people, the sofa bed in the living room is not included. For bookings of 2 people, you can choose between 1 or 2 bedrooms. By notifying us in advance, it is possible (with an extra charge) to check-in outside of regular hours between 8:00 pm and midnight.
Welcome to Altinate33. Our goal is to make you feel at home in our city. We love taking care of our guests, trying to organize your arrival and your first hours in the city as best as possible. We will give you advice on what to visit, how to get around, where to eat, where to shop, and in general, how to live like a citizen of downtown Padua.
We are located in the heart of the pedestrian area of downtown Padua: Borgo Altinate is one of the most famous and historic corners of the medieval center and was the seat of the Padua Court for years, now transformed into a venue for exhibitions and conferences, and still houses one of the most famous and ancient churches in Padua, Santa Sofia. The Scrovegni Chapel with the famous paintings by Giotto is only 200 meters away and you will be just a 3-4 minute walk from the three famous Paduan squares (Piazza della Frutta, delle Erbe, and dei Signori) where during the day the famous fruit, vegetable, or clothing markets take place, and in the evening they transform into a stage for bars and restaurants where you can dine outdoors from April to October or enjoy the famous Paduan aperitif, the Spritz. You will be in the center of city life.
